Hillside railway station is just a short seven-minute walk from the development, providing frequent Merseyrail services to Liverpool Central. Trains run every 15 minutes, with journey times of approximately 4045 minutes, making commuting to the city both simple and convenient.

For longer journeys, Liverpool Lime Street station offers direct services to London Euston in just over two hours, as well as regular connections to Birmingham in around 1 hour 35 minutes and to destinations across the national rail network.

The development is also well positioned for road travel, with the A565 coastal corridor linking Southport and Birkdale with Liverpool to the south and Preston to the north. Liverpool city centre can be reached in around 45 minutes by car, while Manchester is just over an hour away.

For international travel, both Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airport are easily accessible, offering a wide range of domestic, European and long-haul destinations.

How to Find Us

From the M58, follow signs for Southport via the A570. Continue along the A570 through Ormskirk and Scarisbrick before joining the A565 towards Southport. Stay on the A565 and continue into Birkdale. Turn onto Waterloo Road and continue towards the Hillside area before turning onto Lynton Road. Fairway Park is located off Lynton Road in the prestigious Hillside district of Birkdale, adjacent to Hillside Golf Club.

From the M6, exit at Junction 26 and follow the M58 towards Liverpool/Southport. Leave the M58 at Junction 3 and join the A570 towards Southport. Continue through Ormskirk and Scarisbrick, following signs for Birkdale and Southport. On entering Birkdale, continue towards Hillside and turn onto Lynton Road. Fairway Park is situated in an exclusive coastal setting beside Hillside Golf Club, just moments from Birkdale Village and the Sefton coastline.

From Southport town centre, follow the A565 southbound towards Birkdale. Continue through Birkdale Village, passing independent shops, cafés and restaurants, before heading towards the Hillside area. Turn onto Lynton Road, where Fairway Park can be found adjacent to the renowned Hillside Golf Club and close to Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
